Refund Policy for Templates Premium

At Templates Premium, we strive to provide the highest quality digital templates to our customers. Since our products are digital and delivered instantly after purchase, our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency.

General Refund Policy

All sales of digital templates are final. Once a template has been purchased and delivered, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation. This is because digital files cannot be returned, and once downloaded, they are considered consumed.

Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

We may offer a refund under the following limited circumstances:

1. Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
2. Technical Issues: If you are unable to access or download the product due to a technical error on our side, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 72 hours, you may request a refund.
3. Product Defect: If a template is found to be corrupted, incomplete, or unusable, and we are unable to provide a replacement file, you may qualify for a refund.

Processing of Refunds

Non-Refundable Cases
